Things people have pointed out about the Penny Arcade Kickstarter I didn’t catch:

• $
• 250,000 doesn’t actually get rid of all the ads, it gets rid of ONE AD. They want ONE MILLION DOLLARS in donations before they’ll take all the ads off
• This is only for a year and they’re planning to run one of these next year too
• $500 gets you a retweet from one of the PA creators. They will click ‘Retweet’ next to your tweet if you give them $500
• For $300, the PA guys will follow you on twitter. $300 for each one to follow you
• For $1000, one of them will add you to his Xbox friends list
• $5000 gets you a night of playing video games with the PA guys, but you have to get to Seattle yourself. They are getting five thousand dollars for letting someone play Xbox on their couch
• $7500 lets you “intern” at their office for a day. You have to pay them to help at their office, and also pay to travel there
• $10000 gets you lunch with Mike and Jerry. Who the fuck are Mike and Jerry
